It is not a promise to transform your career in 90 minutes.In the session you will name what you bring into work that does not appear on a job description.You will look at the person behind the title: judgment, presence and values.You will notice what you carry in automatically: experience, strengths, expectations, assumptions and habits.
That is the Professional Backpack™. You will leave with one awareness and one action. That is the Awareness Commitment™.You do not need to have it figured out. You do not need to perform. You need to be willing to be honest, starting with yourself. Sharing is voluntary.
