We have a wide variety of UGC creators across many different categories. Use our comprehensive filtering system to find creators by platform, category, cost, location, age, gender, price and much more.
2. How do we manage and approve content?
Content must be approved by you and your team before the job is considered finished. You are allowed multiple edit requests for each video. Lit handles any disputes that arise.
3. What is the average cost per video?
We have creators that charge anywhere from R500 to R5 000+ per video, with the majority in the R1 500 range. The price depends on the creator's video quality, equipment and their ability to create engaging scroll-stopping content.
4. How quickly can we get our first pieces of content delivered?
In most cases our creators produce content within 24 - 48 hours.
5. Can we choose creators by niche, style, location, language, or demographics?
Yes. We have 24 data points that you can filter the creators by.
6. Are there platform fees, commission, or additional charges?
Yes. We charge R900/month to access the platform + 5% of your UGC spend on our platform. This excludes the cost of each creator you use.
7. Do we get usage rights included, and for how long?
Yes. When setting up your campaign there are number of licensing and license duration options available for you to choose from. Duration can be anywhere from "3 months" to "perpetual".
8. Can we use the content for paid ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google)?
Yes. All UGC sourced through the platform includes paid media usage rights by default, allowing brands and agencies to run content across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, and Google. Usage rights cover both organic and paid advertising, giving you the flexibility to test, scale, and repurpose high-performing content across channels. If you require extended usage periods and exclusivity, these can be arranged directly with creators as add-ons during the campaign setup.
9. What level of platform assistance is included in my plan?
Depending on the plan you select we offer 1hr+ assistance per month. Additional hours can be arranged.
