Objective

To create authentic, real-life video content showing real people using GROW Hair Serum as part of their daily scalp routine, and talking honestly about their hair.

Type of campaign

This is a UGC campaign. The videos will be used on our own Instagram, Facebook and TikTok pages, and in our paid ads.

Content requirements

•      1x video per creator

•      15–30 seconds in length

•      Natural, real tone (not overly scripted) — talk the way you'd tell a friend

•      Your hairline, edges or problem area must be clearly visible (no wigs, edge gel or concealer over it)

•      Must highlight our 4 key selling points:

o      Natural ingredients — Aloe Ferox, Rosemary, Fenugreek and Marshmallow Root

o      Visible effects on your hair — fuller-looking edges, baby hairs, less shedding (only what you have actually seen)

o      Clean and clinical — lightweight, non-greasy, absorbs in seconds, a 30-second daily routine

o      120-day money-back guarantee — use it daily for 120 days, and if you see no progress, you get your money back. Always add "terms and conditions apply" when you mention the guarantee

Look and feel

Clean and clinical, like a skincare ad:

•      Bright daylight or a ring light, no filters or beauty mode

•      A clean white or light background — bathroom counter, tiles or a plain wall

•      Neutral, white or soft-green clothing; a white towel or robe works well
