Campaign overview
We're looking for authentic, high-energy UGC creators (aged 25 to 45+) for AirhostSwap, a platform built exclusively for Airbnb hosts. AirhostSwap turns a host's empty, unbooked nights into HostPoints, redeemable for free stays at other properties in the network - no direct one-to-one trade with a guest required.
This is a demonstrative/explainer-style piece, not a personal testimonial. You don't need to actually be an Airbnb host to film it - you're playing the role of one and telling the story clearly and believably.
Who we're looking for
Open to any UGC creator aged 25 to 45+ with strong on-camera delivery, authentic and high-energy on screen, and comfort narrating a first-person story naturally. No host verification needed for this piece. Since this is performed rather than a real testimonial, keep the framing general.
Your role in the video
You'll be speaking directly to camera as an Airbnb host. Film as if you're currently on vacation (or just got back from one), staying in an amazing property, raving about how you stayed there completely for free using AirhostSwap. Showing a family member or partner enjoying the stay with you is a huge bonus.
Because the viewer only sees the vacation, not the hosting side, the script needs one short bridge moment where you explain - briefly, in your own words- how a host earns this.
The key angle (talking points)
1. You aren't giving up paid bookings
You're simply using your empty or unbooked nights, nights that would otherwise sit vacant, on AirhostSwap. Lead with this - it answers the objection every host would have ("won't this cost me money?") before you explain anything else.
2. You earn HostPoints for hosting other members on those empty nights
Don't just say "HostPoints" and move on - translate it into plain language: "Instead of paying for this trip, I basically used my empty nights back home and cashed them in for this stay."
3. You can use those points to book free stays anywhere in the world
No direct one-to-one trade with a guest required. Make clear you're not stuck matching with one specific host or hoping someone wants your exact dates - you redeem your points anywhere in the network.
Do's and don'ts
Do
• Film the bridge moment even if it's just talking to camera with no B-roll of your own listing
• Say HostPoints once, then explain it like you're telling a friend
• Show a family member or partner enjoying the stay with you if possible.
• Keep the tone light, personal, and high-energy, like a trip update, not a pitch
Don't
• Don't skip explaining how you got the stay - that's the point of the video
• Don't promise a specific outcome ("you'll definitely get a stay like this")
• Don't state specific personal claims (exact earnings, exact listing details) as fact - keep it general since this is performed, not a real testimonial
Deliverables
• 1x raw, unedited vertical clip (no captions/music) for the brand to edit if needed
Tone & style
Authentic, high-energy, first-person, no corporate language. It should sound like you're catching a friend up on your trip, not reading a script - even though every point above needs to land. Believability of delivery matters more than any real hosting background.
Long-term opportunity
We're selecting 5 creators for this initial campaign. This isn't a once-off project - AirhostSwap is building an ongoing creator roster for continuous monthly content, travel features, and long-term brand collaborations.
