Campaign Invitations

When a brand invites you to be part of their campaign a notification is sent out to you.

This notification may come in the form of an email, SMS, WhatsApp message or even a call for higher priority campaigns. Please ensure that you have the correct contact details set up on your profile to ensure you receive these notifications.

Once the invitation is received, you may then log in to Lit to either accept or decline the invite. Should you choose to accept, you will be asked to set a price and have the option to add a small message to the brand. Please do not add your contact details here as that is against the Terms of Service. You should use this opportunity to stand out and entice the brand. Ensure the price you set is competitive and fair.

Once you send your offer, the brand will receive a notification on their end. They can then either accept, decline or send a counter offer. Once both parties accept, you are officially part of the campaign.

A brand declining your offer may mean one of a few things:

  • Your pricing may be too high
  • You may be too expensive for their budget
  • There is a mismatch in values or the brand does not believe your audience matches their requirements
  • The brand’s campaign may already be finalized and they have enough influencers
  • Various other reasons

Please do not be discouraged if you have been declined for a campaign – there will be many more campaigns to be part of!
