Invoicing and payment schedules

Invoices #

All of your invoices, both for spaces and add-on service packs can be found in the Billing area

Clicking on an invoice link will load the invoice for you to download or print.

Payment Schedules #

Once-off payments will be charged as soon as the payment form is submitted, this is logged and the payment is allocated to the space or service pack you are purchasing.

For recurring payments, monthly payments are automatically scheduled to be charged on a monthly date, usually the same day as when the first payment is received, in the following month, or the closest appropriate date.
