Lit runs public, regularly-refreshed leaderboards ranking South African influencers by real
follower and engagement data, browsable by category, platform, province, audience size, and
niche. Unlike a raw follower count added across a creator's accounts, every ranking here uses
each creator's single best-performing platform for that dimension - never a summed total.

- Leaderboard pages are server-rendered HTML with `ItemList` structured data (JSON-LD) and a short
  plain-language methodology note stating exactly how each ranking is computed.
- Leaderboard pages deliberately show a creator's real name, photo, location, and stats, but do not
  link to their social profiles or expose their handle - full profiles and contact details require
  a free Lit account.
- Rankings are cached and refreshed on a regular cycle, not computed live per request; the "last
  checked" date on each row reflects when that creator's data was last confirmed.
